1.How long is the delivery date?
Our delivery date is 6-12 business days, of which orders will be processed within 1-3 business days and shipping time is 5-9 business days.
2.What is shipping time and freight?
Our Warehouse is at 15617 Ninety-Fifth Ave, Florissant, Missouri, 63034, where your car tissue box will ship from after you place your order.
For all US orders, we employ Standard Shipping with a shipping time of 5-9 business days.
Orders exceeding $30 are eligible for free delivery. However, for orders under $30, there will be a $3 delivery fee applied.
3.What should I do if the shipping time is too long?
If you do not receive the car tissue box for more than 12 business days, you can contact our customer service staff Stacie Poster at email [email protected] and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you, thank you.
4.Do we charge the sale tax and customs fees?
We do not charge sales tax and customs fees.
In order to better focus on the US market and bring high-quality services and products to local customers, we currently only support US orders, so there is no customs fee.
5.What are the precautions for signing for receipt?
(1) We hope that you sign for it yourself. If someone else signs for it, please ensure that your package will not be lost.
(2) Please check whether the package and car tissue boxes are intact before signing.
If the car tissue box is damaged or crushed, please reject it and promptly contact our customer service staff Stacie Poster by email [email protected], we will promptly arrange a replacement or refund for you, thank you.
